Joie Horn, RCRT
Joie believes in preventative and restorative care naturally, and she loves the benefits that Reflexology offers. When Joie moved to Alberta, she started getting seasonal “Chinook” migraines. After receiving foot treatments herself, she found that she didn’t have a migraine for months. Joie states that the body’s ability to restore and heal itself continually amazes her! Your feet are the foundation of your body and her mission is to help you take charge of your health and wellbeing one treatment at a time.
Joie is registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada and is certified in Foot & Core, Hand and Neural reflexology. She likes to create a calm and relaxing environment for her clients. She believes that the time is for you, so every moment of your visit should be just for you.
When she is not treating clients, Joie loves road trips, her camera, discovering new places, live music (especially local artists), riding her bike or hiking, competitive pool and taking off her shoes and walking barefoot, connecting with the earth.

“Every treatment is tailored with care—so you leave feeling better, inside and out.”
A graduate of Makami College’s 3000-Hour Massage Therapy Program. I’m passionate about helping people feel better both physically and mentally through massage therapy. Whether you’re coming in for stress relief, recovery, chronic tension, headaches, sports recovery, or simply time to relax and reset, my goal is always to create a treatment that leaves you feeling cared for, comfortable, and refreshed. I love combining therapeutic techniques with a calming experience so you can truly unwind while still getting the results your body needs ✨
I offer therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, cupping, and recovery-focused treatments, and I also provide direct billing to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for clients.
Outside of the clinic, I love traveling, hiking, staying active, trying new coffee spots, and spending time with friends and family. I’m someone who really values balance, wellness, and enjoying the little things in life — and I try to bring that same energy into my treatments and space with clients 🤍

“Massage is more than treatment—it’s a path to vitality, balance, and ease.”
Why clients love Anita
She blends clinical depth with intuitive flow, drawing from Makami College’s 3,000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program to deliver treatments that are both effective and supportive. She uses deep tissue, cupping, trigger-point therapy, lymphatic drainage, hot-stone techniques, and guided stretching/postural correction to address everything from chronic pain and desk-job tension to prenatal needs and stress. With a collaborative approach, clear communication, and practical home care, Anita creates sessions that feel personalized and empowering—grounded in the same steady, upbeat energy she brings to her life outside the clinic, whether she’s hiking, cheering on her kids, or catching sunset volleyball.
